HOW TO APPLY
Line the lip first, starting at the center of the top lip and working out to the corners. Fill in completely if you want the color to hold longer. Blend and shape within the first 30 seconds - the liner sets after that.
Then apply the lipstick from the center out. Reapply the color whenever you like; the liner underneath keeps your shape defined.
