How do I start a return or exchange?

How much does shipping cost?
US: Standard shipping (3-6 business days) - $8 USD
Express shipping options are available. Rates are calculated based on your address.
If you spend $50+, you'll unlock FREE SHIPPING!
Canada: Standard shipping (2-6 business days) - $10 CAD
If you spend $60+, you'll unlock FREE SHIPPING!
International shipping rates + duties will vary based on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You have 30 days from order delivery (as per the tracking link provided at the time of shipping) to initiate a return or exchange. Please email hello@basmabeauty.com to get started.
Please note, all returns are subject to review; returns may be refused in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or bulk purchasing
We are unfortunately unable to refund the initial shipping charges and the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund total.
At this time, we’re unable to accept returns on products sold as part of a set. However, if you’d like to keep some of the items, we’re happy to offer an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value.
All beauty tools or merch purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Any international orders (outside the US and Canada) are final sale.
What if I don't get the right foundation shade?
We get it - buying foundation online can be tricky. We're so confident that you'll LOVE The Foundation Stick, that if you don't get the right match on the first try, we'll exchange it for free! Valid only for US and Canada customers.
