1. What is your return policy?
If you didn't absolutely love your purchase from BASMA Beauty and would like to return it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue a refund for products returned within 14 days of it being delivered. We are unfortunately unable to refund the initial shipping charges and the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund total.
***Please note that during a sale period, returns are not permitted. All purchases made during a sale are final and are only eligible for an exchange.
2. Can I exchange my foundation for a different shade?
Yes, of course! The first exchange is on us! Unfortunately, if the exchange does not result in a perfect match, we are unable to refund the original amount paid.
Exchanges will be only be allowed within the first two weeks of the order being delivered.
* Please note, if you have purchased any of the following shades (037, 034, 025, 018, 016, 012, 008, 004) on sale, you will not be eligible for an exchange, only a refund - minus the cost of the return shipping label.
3. Can I buy samples of The Foundation Stick?
Yes (finally)! Samples are available for purchase on our website. All purchases of samples are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Samples will be sold in packs of 3. In other words, if you would like to purchase 4 samples, you'll need to buy two packs. Individual samples cannot be purchased.
If you live in the US, each sample pack is $10 USD.
If you live in Canada, each sample pack is $15 CAD.
The prices above include tracking shipping! It does not include taxes.

4. How do I start a return?
Easy. Email us at email@example.com. Please put "RETURN" in the subject line so we can address it ASAP. We'll handle the rest.
4. How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving the product. We initiate the refund instantly on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow a bit more time for the refund to show up in your account.
5. What's the status of my order?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll keep you posted. Once your BASMA Beauty product has left our facilities, you will be notified via email and will receive a tracking number. That's the best way to stay up-to-date on the whereabouts of your product.
6. How do I cancel my order?
Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible and put "CANCEL" in the subject line. We can't guarantee order cancellation, but we'll do our best.
7. What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay and ShopPay. We do not accept prepaid giftcards, checks or money orders.
8. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to continental Canada and the United States, as well as Hawaii. We'll keep you posted as we expand the list of places we ship to.
9. Can I choose which currency I'd like to pay in?
You can shop in the currency of your preference on our website. All you have to do is select the currency from the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your screen. You can currently shop in USD and CAD.
10. When will my order ship?
Can't wait to get your hands on your new BASMA purchase?Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for processing to begin. Orders are processed within 1-4 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops.
Once that's done, our shipping carrier takes it and we'll send you an email with your shipping information!
Please note all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed.
11. How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders $50 USD and up!
Our standard shipping rates are as follows: standard shipping fees:
For orders in the US: $7 USD (2-8 business days)
For orders in Canada, we offer two shipping rates (standard + express)! These rates will fluctuate based on location of delivery.
12. Are there any customs or duties?
US & Canadian orders will not be charged duties.
13. What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
First off- we're so sorry to hear that! We make sure to do our best to ensure this never happens. However, if you do receive a damaged product, please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to resolve it!
Please note that after 30 days of you receiving the product(s), any damages to your product are considered wear and tear, and not a manufacturing damage.
