WHAT'S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Email us at hello@basmabeauty.com and we'll keep you posted. Once your BASMA Beauty product has left our facilities, you will be notified via email and will receive a tracking number. That's the best way to stay up-to-date on the whereabouts of your product.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please email us at hello@basmabeauty.com as soon as possible and put "CANCEL" in the subject line. We can't guarantee order cancellation, but we'll do our best.
HOW DO I EDIT MY ORDER?
Once an order has been processed, we can no longer make changes. If your shipping address needs changing, please reach out to us at hello@basmabeauty.com for assistance ASAP!
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay and ShopPay. We do not accept prepaid gift cards, checks or money orders.
CAN I CHOOSE WHICH CURRENCY I'D LIKE TO PAY IN?
You can shop in the currency of your preference on our website. All you have to do is select the currency from the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your screen. You can currently shop in USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, SGD, SEK.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY (US & CANADA)
For US and Canadian customers only
If you didn't absolutely love your purchase from BASMA Beauty and would like to return it, please email us at hello@basmabeauty.com. We will begin the refund process provided it begins within 14 days of your package being delivered (as indicated by the tracking link provided at the time of shipping).
A refund will only be issued once the product(s) have been received at our warehouse. We are unfortunately unable to refund the initial shipping charges and the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund total. The return label fee will vary depending on the country and state you're in.
***Please note that during a sale period, returns are not permitted. All purchases made during a sale are final. Returns or exchanges on ANY products/shades that are currently discounted (excluding bundles) will also not be permitted.

How do I start a return?
Easy. Email us at hello@basmabeauty.com. Please put "RETURN" in the subject line so we can address it ASAP. We'll handle the rest.
CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM SEPHORA?
If you purchased BASMA Beauty products from Sephora, please follow Sephora’s return policy and return the items to the store or online platform where they were purchased.
Can I return a product I bought during a sale?
During a sale period, all purchases made are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please note, any discounted shades of The Foundation Stick are not eligible for a return or exchange at all times. It is considered final sale - shades 004, 006, 012, 016, 018, 025, 037.
Can I exchange my foundation for a different shade?
Yes, of course! The first exchange is on us! Unfortunately, if the exchange does not result in a perfect match, we are unable to refund the original amount paid.
Exchanges will only be allowed within the first two weeks of the order being delivered.
Once an exchange has been initiated, the newly selected shade must be decided upon within a week.
* Please note, any discounted shades of The Foundation Stick are not eligible for a return or exchange. It is considered a final sale - shades 004, 006, 012, 016, 018, 025, 037.
When will I get my money back?
Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving the product. We initiate the refund instantly on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow a bit more time for the refund to show up in your account.
We are unfortunately unable to refund the initial shipping charges and the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund total.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
First off- we're so sorry to hear that! We make sure to do our best to ensure this never happens. However, if you do receive a damaged product, please contact us ASAP at hello@basmabeauty.com and we'll do our best to resolve it!
Please note that after 30 days of you receiving the product(s), any damages to your product are considered wear and tear, and not a manufacturing damage.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently offer shipping to the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select European countries, including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, and Sweden. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon!
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders $100 USD and up!
Our standard shipping rates are as follows:
For orders in the US: $10 USD (3-6 business days)
For orders in Canada: $10 CAD (2-8 business days)
For international orders: Rates vary based off region
HOW MUCH IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
International shipping rates vary depending on your region. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Simply enter your address during the checkout process to see the shipping rate for your region.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR DUTIES OR TAXES?
For Canada and the US, duties are included in the shipping cost, so you won’t have to pay any additional duties or clearance fees. Taxes are calculated separately at checkout.
For all other countries, both duties and VAT are included in the shipping cost, there will be no extra fees upon delivery.
When will my order ship?
Can't wait to get your hands on your new BASMA purchase? Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for processing to begin. Orders are processed within 1-4 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops.
Once that's done, our shipping carrier takes it and we'll send you an email with your shipping information!
Please note all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed.
CAN I PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER THROUGH A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE?
We recommend purchasing BASMA Beauty products directly from authorized retailers such as Basmabeauty.com and Sephora to ensure product authenticity and quality. However, if you choose to use a third-party service, we are not responsible for any shipping or customs-related issues that may arise.
I never received my package even though the tracking link says 'Delivered.'
BASMA is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered, as per the tracking link provided by the courier. If you are experiencing any issues locating your parcel, we would recommend starting a claim with the courier as soon as possible.
All lost packages may be eligible for replacements pending proof of a "Lost Item" submission with the courier. We will not provide refunds on lost items.
