Both! Wear it as a traditional liner to shape and define, or fill in your lips completely for an even, full-color look. It pairs perfectly with The Ultra-Hydrating Liquid Lipstick, but works just as well on its own.

How long does it last?

The Lip Lock Liner is formulated to stay in place without feathering, bleeding, or migrating for 8 hours. If you're using it to fill in your lips, note that applying oils or balms on top will affect the color longevity — but your lip line will stay defined regardless.

How do I remove it?

The Lip Lock Liner removes easily with any makeup remover, cleansing balm, or micellar water. No special remover needed.
