HOW TO APPLY
Start at the center of the top lip and work out to each corner, then line the bottom. Fill in completely for full color, or leave it at the edges.
The color sets after about 30 seconds, so blend and shape while it's still fresh.

If you’re looking for a lip liner, that will not budge I absolutely recommend that you check out these liners from Basma! In fact, I was swatching them on my hand and my husband was like “oh did you burn yourself?”because the clutches were still there THE NEXT DAY! A word of advice though, if you layer a lip gloss over the top, there is a little bit of transfer. So if you want that all day wear, these are definitely creamy enough to wear on their own and you don’t have to worry about them coming off if you’re eating or drinking anything.
