How To Apply The Blurring Gloss Balm
No preparation necessary. This formula will work on the driest, crustiest lips and transform them in to a lucious pout courtesy of its ultra-nourishing ingredients.
Apply product directly on the lips using the ultra-soft, curved-to-your-lips doefoot. Lip liner is optional.
While the formula will continue to hydrate your lips long after the color wears, you can easily top up for some additional pigment and shine whenever you'd like.
