The BASMA-recommended technique is to first rub your fingers directly in the pan to warm up the formula — this activates the creamy texture and makes it easier to blend. Then using your fingers or a dense brush - like our Complexion Brush - stipple or dab the product into the skin. The first pass will give you a natural, sheer flush that looks like it's coming from within. Keep building with the same stippling motion to intensify the color to exactly where you want it.

Applied over powder, the finish is more refined and matte, but never flat or powdery. The formula melts in either way - the powder just diffuses the luminosity slightly for a more polished result.
